UK fast fashion retailer New Look has announced what executive chairman Alistair McGeorge calls a "critical step" in its turnaround plans, having reached an agreement 'in principle' with its key financial stakeholders to cut its debt by GBP1bn (U$1.3bn) and raise GBP150m in new money to turnaround the business.
