The Steering Committee of the Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh (Accord) and the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers Export Association (BGMEA) have finalised details on the incoming RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) and signed a transition agreement for the safety monitoring initiative.
