It's been a mixed bag of holiday sales filings from US apparel and footwear brands and retailers with Urban Outfitters reporting record holiday sales but L Brands lowering its fourth-quarter earnings guidance. Elsewhere, Kohl's is now expecting fiscal 2019 diluted earnings per share to be at the low end of its guidance range and JCPenney has reported a 7.5% comp sales drop.
