The American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA) has welcomed the reintroduction of the Stopping Harmful Offers on Platforms by Screening Against Fakes in E-Commerce (SHOP SAFE) Act - a move it says is a step towards ensuring all platforms address the issue of counterfeits.
