Adidas has outlined a new growth strategy designed to significantly increase sales and profitability as well as gain market share until 2025, with execution to be supported by further digitalisation of the company to the tune of US$1bn to digitise core processes across the entire value chain from the creation process via the sourcing of its products to selling to consumers.
